Company , the process begins by
using old fashioned copper
kettles. Each batch is slowly
cooked over an open flame,
stirred with real maple paddles,
and poured by hand. Our cooks
take a great deal of pride in
their 80 year old recipe in
order to give our customers a
fudge that keeps ‘em coming back
